Data Deletion Request
Gloria Store ("we") operates the website gloria.store and the Facebook Page Gloria Store. This page explains how to have any data we hold about you deleted.
What we store
- Newsletter subscribers: only the email address you enter, plus the date you subscribed and whether you confirmed it.
- Facebook Page followers: nothing at all. Liking or following our Page is handled entirely by Facebook; we never receive or store your profile, name, or email from it.
- Website visitors: aggregate visit counts per product and pages viewed. No profile is built and no IP addresses are stored long-term.
How to delete your data
- Send an email to contact@gloria.store with the subject line Data deletion request, from the address you want removed.
- If you subscribed to our newsletter, you can also use the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of any newsletter email — the address is removed immediately.
We confirm and complete every deletion request within 30 days, and usually the same day.
Data held by Facebook
Our Page posts are published through Facebook's official Graph API. Content held by Facebook itself (your likes, comments, shares, or messaging with our Page) is controlled by Facebook, not by us. To remove or review it, use: Facebook → Settings → Your Facebook information.
