Unlined lace bras are a bit of a paradox. They're the prettiest things in the drawer — all delicate floral lace and a natural shape — but "unlined" also means "no padding," which a lot of people read as "no support, no coverage, no thanks." The limits are real, though. Unlined means your nipples will show through thin shirts, so you either embrace it or layer accordingly. The support is fine for average busts but not enough for anyone fuller who wants lift. And the delicate lace needs hand-washing, which is a commitment some people won't want to make for a $13 bra.
